What is IDTCalls.com return policy?

Any unused balance of a PIN may be returned for a refund within 7 days of the date of the PIN purchase. Promotional minutes or dollars added to a PIN balance (including any Bonus Point conversions) are not returnable or refundable, and will be canceled upon return of the PIN. Promotional minutes or dollars added to a PIN balance (including any Bonus Point conversion) will be deemed the last minutes or dollars on the remaining balance of the PIN.
