Q1:
Can I use
elo-elo
from any phones other than the ones I registered?
A:
Yes, you can also use your
elo-elo
service from other phones not registered to you. Before making your call, enter
the 6-digit number (from BT line) or 0800 number from all other telephone
providers and then enter your personal security number which you received on
registeration.

Q2:
Are there any hidden charges?
A:
No, you only pay for the calls you make through your prepaid
elo-elo
account when you dial the 184171 prefix or 0800 from other networks (you might
be charged by your mobile network provider for this call so mobile users are
advised to use 0207 access number). Every time you make a call, your
elo-elo
account balance will be reduced. There will be no extra charges on your regular
landline telephone bill.

Q3:
Can I use
elo-elo
from my mobile phone or a payphone?
A:
Yes, you can. This is because our system will recognise your registered
landline or mobile numbers. To use this service from other phones, simply dial
our 0800 or 0207 access number and enter your security code (received upon
registration) to make a phonecall using your
elo-elo
prepaid services.

Q4:
I dialled 184171/0800 but was told that I have to activate my caller display,
what does this mean?
A:
Your caller display tells our telephone system who you are so that we can
process your calls. If this is not switched on we cannot determine whom the
caller is. Most telephones have this feature switched on automatically. If it
is not switched on, simply dial 142 before dialing access number for BT lines
(please check with your other provider what is the prefix you should use to
activate caller ID).Your caller display will be switched on for the duration of
your call.
