How to use
elo-elo
Before making calls from any of your registered phones, just enter the 6-digit
number from your BT line or 0800/0207 from any other service provider and then
dial as normal. To route your calls through your normal provider, leave out our
access numbers before making calls. You don't need to contact your normal
provider to start using
elo-elo.
elo-elo
offers value for money so you can save on calls from your registered landline
phones. It's really easy to use with no complicated numbers or long codes to
remember. The system recognises the user's registered phone numbers and
automatically assigns your unique security number to that phone.
You can also use your
elo-elo
service from other phones not registered to you. For this, you will need to
enter the 6-digit number from your BT line or 0800/0207 from any other service
provider and then enter your security number before making your calls.

How to recharge / top-up your
elo-elo
You can recharge or top-up your account anytime. Log into member home, then go
into order history and select your
elo-elo
account and select recharge.
Select how much you would like to top-up your account by and submit. The money
will be taken from your registered credit/debit card on IDTCalls.com.
That's it! You can start making make calls as normal. You will receive an email
confirmation of your recharge.
